
I love biscotti and strangely enough you dont really see it in Malta like you do in Cape Town at almost every deli and grocery store. Strange because Malta is right by Italy! Anyway i saw Giada making biscotti on food network a while back and i just had to make some. Here is her recipe, i left out the lemon and added some coffee and Tia Maria :)

ReplyDeleteWe do have different variations of biscotti in Malta but you only find them in small family owned bakeries... They're not as light as biscotti and we have them with tea since that's the most popular hot drink here :) I love them!

ReplyDeleteCarlinn actually we have our own kind of biscotti. They are called krustini in Malta and you find them in bakeries and confectionaries. Caffe Cordina also has them in their online shop.
