I have been spending quite a lot of time thinking about how to decorate our apartment, especially the bedroom and home office area. We need a place for myself and my boyfriend seeing that we will both be working from home for the first couple of months till we find a suitable office. After looking at so many cute and interesting office set ups I have finally decided to go with something very plain. I want most of our apartment to be white with touches of black, silver and maybe even a pop of color here and there. A white office seemed the way to go so that everything will just merge smoothly into one :) I also decided that a long desk on the side of our one wall that we could both sit at would probably make the most sense. I absolutely cant wait to start buying goodies for the office the first of which will be an iMac for my boyfriend and maybe one for me!

I got the long desk from Ikea (it is 2 meters) it is just perfect!!! My office and actually entire home is black and white with silver and a splash of green in the bathroom! Still deciding on the color pops in the living and dining room.

White rooms can vary so much. You can create an entirely clinical and cold environment if you go about it one way, with crisp lines and contrasting features, or make it like your own very happy, peaceful, relaxing igloo with smooth curves and fun pops of pretty things.
